Most humans have at least some kind of mental picture about a little, magical, (and probably winged) creature when they hear the word "fairy".

Those who enjoy reading about them usually know more. Like the difference between an Elf and a Sylph, or a Kelpie and a Hippocampus.

But no one talks about those few who know it's all real.

Of course, that's mostly because, according to society, if you're an adult and believe in faeries, you're a "nut job". But also, for people like me, because we could never go back to Terra and warn anyone.

Hmm... Earth. That's what the human's call it. I suppose I use to call it that too, once upon a time.
